P.A.S.A. is a fully supervised inflatable archery experience designed for parties, events, schools, community days and celebrations.

We use safe soft-tip arrows and interactive targets that float in the air — perfect for all ages and experience levels.

Yes! Safety is our top priority.

• Mandatory safety briefing before participation

This makes P.A.S.A. a low-risk, fun activity suitable for all communities and all abilities.

We can adjust the distance and difficulty based on age, ability and comfort. This is to be enjoyed by all of us. P.A.S.A. is suitable for:

• Kids 5+ (with close parental supervision)

• Teens

• Adults

Minimum recommended space:

• 5m (W) x 4m (L) x 2.5m (H) for outdoor setups

• Indoor spaces are acceptable if ceilings allow safe shooting zones. Flat, clear ground required.

We will assess the location before confirming the booking.

Yes — all packages include 30 minutes total for setup and pack-down.

This is handled by MACM Entertainment staff to ensure safety and compliance.

At this stage, NO DIY or unsupervised hire is available for safety and insurance reasons. All sessions must be supervised by MACM Entertainment staff. But developments are in progress, so we will update and keep everyone posted via social media.

For safety reasons, P.A.S.A. may be paused or cancelled if:

• Heavy rain

• High winds

• Storm warnings

• Unsafe ground conditions

We will work with you to:

• Reschedule, or go with alternate venue (indoors - to be discussed and arranged by client prior to booking. Check FAQs about space required)

• Offer a refund (minus any unavoidable costs) based on the situation.

Yes — we require access to 1 standard power outlet for the inflatable blower.

If power is not available, please let us know to discuss alternative solutions.

Each package includes a refundable bond of 25% of the base price.

The bond is to secure the date requested, and will only be forfeited if any or all of the following occurs:

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event date

• Equipment is intentionally damaged

• Safety rules are ignored after warnings

• The activity is used in an unsafe manner

• Event conditions breach the terms of service

We recommend enquiring 4 weeks, and booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, subject to availability.

If no response received within 24/48hrs please call our number and we will follow up with the information.

Please be advised that we reserve the right to cancel or refuse a booking, if internal/external reasons beyond our control affect the date. We consider deaths and family emergencies to be taken seriously, as well as respectful bookings with a clients.

Yes we can, when they are discussed at least 7 days before the event, and finalised along with the remaining balance — optional add-ons include:

• Background music 🎶

• Themed prizes 🎁

• Scorecards or challenge cards 🏆

• Any specialties, e.g. lighting for indoor events (subject to availability & pricing)

Add-ons must be arranged and finalised along with the remaining balance 7 days before the event.

Yes — P.A.S.A. (MACM Entertainment) and its hired staff / entertainment is covered under:

• Public Liability

• Product Liability

• Portable Equipment Insurance

We can provide certificates upon request.

In short - Yes — however, we must take into consideration the timing, and the following, which includes but is not limited to:

• Council approval may be required

• Power access may be needed

• A site safety check to be considered &/or completed
